It’s okay. It’s pretty typically Mannerist - although the colours are rather dull for that movement. And as for the white elephant in the painting - a.k.a. Parmigianino’s blatant disregard for proportion - one should know that the artist frequently elongated the human form, usually to create the twisting, serpentine figure that was so commonly used during the Mannerist period.

Also, it looks creepy.
